My name is Kanae Silere. I grew up in the United States, where I went and finished university before I started focusing on writing. I wrote and published my first poetry collection, In a Bed of Flowers, in 2025.

I’m working to publish two novels in 2026, Kalopsiac and Mouthful of Fire.
